WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 5 business days. All orders are sent from Stavanger with Bring, with tracking. Delivery time will vary depending on your address, but it usually takes about 3-5 business days. Please note that both us and Bring only work on normal working days (not weekends and public holidays). Delivery time can and will be affected by holidays and when we have goods on sale, as we experience a much higher order volume during these times. We ask you to be patient - we pack and ship as fast as we can :)

WHERE ARE YOU SENDING TO?

We ship to Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If, against all odds, you regret your purchase, please contact us within 14 days after the order is received, and then return the item within another 14 days after you have notified us. To return an item, please send us a message at hello@playdu.no and wait for a response. Shipping for return is covered by you as a customer and a refund will be made as soon as the item is received and inspected in our warehouse. As a customer, you are responsible for the return, so it is important that you request and take care of tracking information.

HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

All orders are sent with Bring, with tracking. Bring will update you on the shipment and pick-up time by SMS or e-mail with the telephone number / e-mail address you provided when confirming the purchase (check-out) of the order.

WHAT IF I REGRET MY PURCHASE?

You can return orders that are still in unopened / unused condition within 14 days after you have received your order, and return it within 14 days after you have notified us. To return an item or order, please contact hello@playdu.no and wait for our response. Shipping costs for returns are covered by you and refunds will be processed when the item reaches our warehouse, therefore save the tracking number you are given.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP THE ORDER IF I LIVE NEAR STAVANGER?

At check-out, you have the option of choosing Local pick -up, which is free, and which means that you can come and pick up your order at our local. You will receive information about this by e-mail when your order is ready for collection. If you take time off from work or go out of your way to pick up your order, please email us​​ an e-mail in advance to be sure that we are actually there, at hello@playdu.no . We may be on a trip to get more ink for the printer, or we may have taken a trip down to the post office.

I DON'T HAVE TIME TO PICK UP THE ORDER THIS WEEK!

You do not have to rush down to pick it up, your order is waiting patiently. But if weeks go by without us hearing from you, we'll send you a reminder. Feel free to contact us if you want to pick up outside opening hours, we will try to arrange something!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

​When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notification of use of the right of withdrawal has been given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer can try or test the product in a responsible manner to determine the product's nature, properties and function, without the right of withdrawal lapse. If testing or testing of the product goes beyond what is justifiable and necessary, the buyer can be held responsible for any reduction in value of the product. The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller was notified of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the item from the buyer, or until the buyer has submitted satisfactory documentation that the item has been returned. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
